I recently launched a company that does 83b filings for founders of startups, Stockfile (stockfile.co). I know this can be pretty frustrating for people, and a lot of times is forgotten to be done, so wanted to put it out there in case anyone is thinking of launching their company and doesn't know what it is, or wasn't planning on doing it.
