    I started visualizing ideas in the past years and it really changed the way I visualize, plan and track my progress.

    Yes, I can see why this would help some people but when I've done it in the past I've just found it to be another thing to tick off my to-do list - even a form of procrastination. The visual tracking feels fun at first but the effect wears off. Sorry, it's just not for me.

    This is a great reminder and something that we can easily forget. I have charts on my fridge for my kids which they get gold, silver and bronze stars for things like academic achievements or doing stuff around the house and they find it very motivating. I'm going to add a chart of my own and monitor my progress to see if it helps : )
