If you were building the next Patreon or OnlyFans...
How would you improve the platform? What innovation would you bring to the market?
What features would you add to create better experiences and also to make more money for the creators and for the platform? I am curious. We are building something similar in Europe.
I'm actually kind of doing this. I'm really competing on price. Most creators on the platform barely get by. So by reducing the fees from 5% to 0.1% with no monthly fees, I've perhaps unsurprisingly found significant interest.
@Flurly Just curious. How are you reducing the fees to 0.1%? There must be a payment processor taking more than this already?
