If you were given 3 years to start an ecommerce brand do you think you could? Do you think you could scale it in that time to 250k arr, 500k arr, 1mil arr? Lets say in this hypothetical scenario you completely dedicate yourself to this and you are freely given 20k a year to dedicate to this business on top of whatever revenue it may generate.

The initial 20K annual funding might help with website development, marketing, and inventory management, among other things. Reaching those income goals is doable with dedication and a strong business plan. I wish you the best of luck as you pursue your business!

I'm doubtful that starting an ecommerce brand and scaling it to those revenue milestones within 3 years would be easy. There are many factors to consider, such as competition, market trends, and customer demand, that could make it challenging to achieve those goals in the given timeframe.

This definitely sounds achievable. I have 5 years experience working at an ecommerce agency where we were working on a number of ecommerce sites concurrently in a variety of niches. I've seen which niches bring in a steady stream of low/mid revenue, and those that don't sell a lot but bring in much higher returns. I also have experience being part of a team that scaled a product to 1 million+ a month for at least the first 6 months (I moved on to a new project after that, but I hear it's still doing really well).

Essentially I think it comes down to experience and if you have some idea of what goes on in ecommerce you'll be able to make a positive impact when starting a new ecommerce brand. Coupled with having the time to dedicate to this it can be achieved.
