If you will share your favorite spots for food/drinks/coffee in your city I will...
- help you with your Android app (I am native Android Dev, so I can provide you with feedback, answer development related questions/issues & other), or
- provide feedback on your product, or/and
- follow you on Twitter (although my account doesn't have many followers)
- <your suggestion>
I am building http://pinezki.com/ where I'm collecting best city spots selected by locals
I added a couple burger joints that are the best in Los Angeles by far.
What's your twitter username? I'm @videography
Thanks - I've followed you on Twitter.
Actually, thanks to you I realised that I should change the way how user submit their suggestions -- my previous idea is not good enough. Thanks!
Let me know if I can help you somehow
Just a suggestion - have you tried looking up on Quora?
Like you could search for a question like this - for example take Mumbai (https://www.quora.com/Which-are-the-best-places-to-eat-in-Mumbai) and check which of those authors have credentials as 'lives in Mumbai' and so can be classified as locals.
Anyway all the best!
That's cool! Thank you!
I am not using Quora too often, but the feature you just described is super handy
I submitted some suggestions for Boston through the site!
Added! Thank you so much!
Thank you! Got the email. Let me know how I can help you :)
Antibes (France) : Nomad's Coffée, Jeanne's, Sapori d'Italia, Mer-Sea & Pablo's.
Stockholm (Sweden): Mellqvist, Lillebrors, Kaffeverket, Riche, Sturehof, Un Poco, Nybrogatan 38, Lilla Ego & Bonnie's.
Thank you! Added those
Thank you! Will add them soon. Let me know how I can help you :)
A guy in Sweden does something similar. https://www.cafekartan.se/
Basically he's created a bunch of sites with different themes; best cafes, best sushi, best xyz
Thanks! That's something I am aiming for too.
Tried to add a coffee shop in Brooklyn but couldn't figure out how to...! Here it is: 61 Local ( https://www.yelp.com/biz/61-local-brooklyn).
Good luck! I like the idea to crowdsource local places.
Thanks! Have you tried opening that through Google Maps? I know using that feature is kinda tricky. Let me know if I can help you with something
For Munich and other german cities like Berlin, Hamburg or Cologne you can check out this site (https://muenchen.mitvergnuegen.com/category/food/), it's a local site compiling lists about food/drink places on a regular basis.
Thanks! Looks like something I am looking for.
