It’s probably missing one of these 4 things:
A tangible offer
Vague promises don’t convert.
“Add $20k/month in 90 days” > “Get more clients.”
A smart contact method
Text is fine.
But voice notes convert better
Keep it <17 seconds.
Ask a relevant question.
Don’t pitch.
Follow-ups (the money’s here)
People get busy. They ghost.
✅ 2 follow-ups for cold leads
✅ Extra nudges for warm leads
✅ Reminders after booking links too
A low-friction lead magnet
Could be a simple text breakdown.
Or a 2-min video walkthrough.
The goal? Get them to raise their hand.
Put those 4 together and you’ve got an outbound system
That consistently books meetings on LinkedIn
Even if you're starting from scratch.
What’s the weakest part of your outbound right now? 👇
This is spot on — especially the point about vague offers. I’ve been running a done-for-you outbound service, and honestly, just tightening the offer + adding follow-up logic consistently outperforms fancy tools or personalization tricks.
100% agree, tightening the offer and nailing the follow-up flow usually beats all the fancy hacks. Clarity + consistency wins way more deals than cleverness. Love hearing that it’s working well on your end too, keep crushing it!
Honestly, my hypothesis is that messaging doesn’t matter as much as people think, at least not in the way most obsess over. What works best for me is sa imple, human, and direct copy that either hits a real pain point or walks around it.
Most of the tweaks I’ve had to make aren’t about persuasion — they’re about deliverability. Spam filters, bounce rates, domain health — all the stuff that blocks you before your message even gets read.
So yeah, tighten the offer — but make sure the message lands first.
Couldn’t agree more. A strong message means nothing if it never lands in the inbox. Appreciate you sharing this, more people need to hear it!
