IH Buddy system
My dev agency is going indie next month. Everybody will work on their own indie hacker startup project instead of working in bigger teams. We're employing a buddy system where you will mentor a random other person in the agency 20% of your time while using the other 80% of your time to build your own full stack app.
I think this buddy system would be very useful not only for our agency but for any indie hacker.
I believe that if you have a "mentor" spending 8 hours a week to help you fill in your weak points and giving you feedback, this will boost your productivity big time!
We're open to new developers to join our agency or our community. Let me know if you want to join this buddy system!
NB: I don't necessarily want you to join our agency. If you just want to keep working on your indie project but need a "mentor" I will make a group and build the system for the coming months for you!
