IH deleting accounts?

Okay, so had a weird experience. There was a guy on IH who posted and article about web scraping with a scraping tool, that seemed interesting to me. Saved the article, for later, and now its gone. Not even article, but that persons account too. Kind of interested, on what kind of policy IH does that, as it seemed as a simple, tutorial type of writing.

Also it wasnt only one of people to get deleted, as few of them that i follow, just suddenly dissapeared.
