IH, do your worst!

Just pushed this landing page live: https://duskee.app.

Not going to do too much explaining here - hopefully the landing page speaks for itself.

Please can I get some feedback on this?

Thanks,
Chris

    1. Needs some kind of footer

    2. Features section is problematic because the layout makes the user presume there's one feature. I'd change that all to "how it works" and break it down

    3. Highlight the pricing card you want / expect people to purchase

    4. It's a nice simple page but needs something to break the constant white

Thanks for the feedback, all makes sense. I am planning to break up the white by adding some app screenshots and a video, but it’s not quite pretty enough yet.

This is made with wickedblocks in case you're wondering, made things a lot quicker

      they sure do!

I don't like how when I click on the links at the top it feels like I went to a totally different page when in reality I just scrolled down... I feel like if this is the case then just visually scroll the user down. Also, when using one long page (which is totally fine) I feel like you need a visual queue that there is content to scroll to. I would also put the CTA further up on the page! Great work though and cool idea!

Great presentation - terrible choice of sample article. Half your clients are likely to be millennials.

Also, bump the smallest font size up by .1em

    I like it!
Great page speed! Loads very quickly and performs well on GTMetrix.
The white space is good with me as that is consistent with current minimalist design. Too much space between the Features and Pricing. I don't like the font.
The content is key and that's good. Very effective and straight to the point. That's hard to do. I wouldn't clog it up with a lot more. IMHO.
I would remove the "FEATURES" heading title. I wouldn't change it. I'd remove it all together.
I personally wouldn't use the app to read to me. Instead, I'd use it to create a podcast out of something I wrote. Lot's of people have a problem voicing their content but are able to write it. Might be good for solving this problem. I don't really know what else is out there for this.
Being picky I don't like the word "expiry". I don't know what "nerual voices" are.
Cool that it supports multiple languages. Does it translate?
    I like your favicon!
All that being said I like your site and wish you well!
    Additional thought:
When you click through to purchase or get the free version it takes you to an opt in for the beta. You also have this opt in on the front page. In keeping with MVP learning I'd remove it from the front page to measure actual user intent. That way you know their level of interest and can measure "purchase intent".

Thanks, this is great feedback. I did wonder about providing a service where you could potentially author the content and generate audio from that, but wasn’t sure how much of a market there would be for it. Certainly something to consider.

The favicon is actually not mine, it’s from either NuxtJS or wickedblocks, so I should really update it.

Nerual is a typo, it should be neural - this is terminology AWS uses (TTS backend is AWS polly). I’ll fix the typo and maybe explain what that means a bit better

    Too much white space...

People seem divided on this. For the record I agree, needs a few app screenshots /videos in there I reckon

Maybe add a bit of a personal touch

    1. 1

Interesting - how would you go about that?

      1. 1

Maybe something along the lines of who the product is targeted for and why you decide to build this for them
