IH feature request - follow posts with notification

Hello!

I am missing something - sometimes i just want to follow a post and to be notified for new comments. Or at least get a list of "subscribed"/upvoted posts.

It's hard to manage topics you're interested in without any subscription.. and the posts get lost so quickly because of every new content.

That's it. Thank you
