IH Looking for partner/ideas

As IH I have some failed projects such as:

phone balance recharge (2 customers in 3 months).

android app that registers and manages recurring payments, for all those who provide a service and charge their customers weekly/monthly.

image converter/optimizer (the api is still online, works like a charm).

all with the intention of being used in my country (Venezuela)

I want to go to the global market but my biggest complication is the sanctions against Venezuela that do not allow me to create accounts in payment gateways such as STRIPE.

projects I am interested in:
SaaS,
micro-SaaS,
B2B,
B2C,
mobile games ( need an artist for sprites/images/assets ),
e-commerce (had working experience on this),
entertainment-blogging,
automation (web-mobile apps for custom automation of small - medium business).

projects I'm not interested in:
no code tools,
investment platforms.

I seek to create MVPs that offer value to users and then improve them and charge for their use.

Things I look for in a partner (not exclusive):
Marketing experience,
Commitment,
Live outside of Latin America,
Contact with small and medium businesses.

I can cover the costs of the MVPs (domain and hosting) I have no problem with that.

If anyone has a business idea and wants to share it, post it and I can create the MVP.
