iheartreading.co - post-mortem of a 3 year project

Hi IndieHackers!

I posted several times over the last year about my side-project iheartreading.co.
It was helping teachers to track the independent readings of their students, and let them track their progress, write book reviews and so on.
Unfortunately, I had to shut down the project last week. I wrote a short blog post about why I think it didn't work out. Hopefully it contains some useful information that you can reuse!
