I built a thing for myself and I want to know whether it's worth anything to anyone else.
You give it your landing page URL. It reads your whole site, researches your market with about 50 web searches, and writes a plan: which channels in which order and why, what NOT to do, a 30-day schedule, and three posts written out ready to send.
Here is what it produced for one of my own products, a breathing app:
https://kosmopost.ai/plan/atemzug/
I'm showing my own rather than a customer's on purpose. It scores my app 38 out of 100 and says my landing page has no reason for anyone to trust it. That's the honest version of a demo.
The reason I think it might not be garbage: I ran it on my two products and the plans came out with almost nothing in common. One got Reddit and a solopreneur newsletter; the other got German health magazines, a doctor's forum, and a Discord server. If they'd looked the same I'd have thrown it away.
First 10 people who reply with a URL get one. Free, no signup, no email — I'll post the link back to you here. If you'd rather I sent it privately, say so and I will.
All I want in return: after you read it, tell me honestly what you'd have paid for it. Including "nothing", which is the most useful answer if it's true.
Each report costs me real money to produce — 50 web searches and three model passes — so ten is where I stop.
Thanks,
Patrick
@aryan_sinh
hello@kosmopost.ai — that reaches me directly.
Fair warning on what you'd be signing up for: I'll come back in 30 days with one question, "which of the five channels did you actually touch and what happened", and I'll publish whatever you answer, including "none of them". That's the whole point of the exercise, so I'd rather say it up front than surprise you with it later.
If you send me a URL I'll run the report first and we can take it from there.
Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
@aryan_sinh — yes, and you've put your finger on the same thing the first respondent did.
He said he could see value in the diagnostic but wanted to know "which findings consistently lead to useful changes rather than just more marketing observations." You're asking the same question from the other end. Two for two. That's not a coincidence, that's the actual objection — and it isn't price.
So here's what I'm committing to: 30 days after each report, I ask one question. "Which of the five channels did you actually touch, and what happened?" Not a survey, one line. Whatever comes back gets published, including the reports that led to nothing.
I can't fake that data and I'd rather have three honest answers than a testimonial page. Right now I have three reports and zero follow-ups, so anything I claimed today would be marketing.
If you've got a landing page, send me the URL — you'd be one of the ten, and in 30 days you'd be one of the data points that answers your own question.
That’s a much more useful test than collecting opinions. I’d be interested in seeing how the follow-up data develops — happy to continue privately too. What’s the best email to reach you on?
The “what would you pay?” test is much more useful than generic feedback.
Will you also track whether people actually use any of the recommended channels afterward?
