With no fluff I'll get into how I'll do it.
Basically, I'll make your app target a new audience.
What is this audience?
It's "Arabic speakers".
Little info why this audience is important.
- There are about 200 million active devices there.
- Most of them are from 1st/2nd world countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait so your ecpm will be high.
- They are easy to be targeted and potential for ranking is high.
What will I do?
- I will fully translate your game into Arabic ( I'm a native speaker ), Then I'll optimize it to to suit them and their culture.
- I'll create a new title and description for your app/game.
- If your app/game is unique I'll run ad campaigns for it.
So, What is the cost?
- I'll not take any UPFRONT cost.
- My profit will be a share of the profit that comes from the new audience (Not the overall profit).

You can expect it as translating. But translators can't do SEO. And Google play / App store requires SEO.
This is a unique value proposition but why wouldn't someone just hire a translator for less?
