I'm 16 and built a free financial health scoring tool for digital agencies — looking for feedback
I'm Nikola, 16, from Bulgaria. I've been studying finance for the past year and kept noticing the same thing — most digital agency owners have no idea if their business is actually financially healthy.
They track revenue. They know they're busy. But ask them their Days Sales Outstanding or how concentrated their revenue is in one client, and most can't answer.
So I built ScoreMyAgency — a free tool that:
- Calculates 6 key ratios (revenue concentration, DSO, cash runway, gross margin, expense vs revenue growth, revenue per employee)
- Benchmarks against other agencies
- Generates a 0-100 health score
- Produces a PDF report with AI-powered findings and actions

Where I'm at: launched a week ago, cold emailed ~25 accountancy firms that specialize in agencies, got my first positive reply from a fractional CFO who works with loads of agencies and is testing it now.
