I'm 16, built an AI startup OS solo while preparing for JEE — here's my story

While preparing for JEE (India's hardest
engineering entrance exam), I started
building a side project.
The problem I faced was simple but painful:

Building solo while doing JEE prep is genuinely hard — most people can't context-switch between those two modes at all. The 3 daily tasks idea is solid because it solves the exact problem you described: too much advice, zero clarity on what to actually do today.
The thing worth thinking about at 37 visitors: what made those 37 people come back, if any did? The streak tracker suggests you want return visits — but first-time activation is usually the harder problem. If someone lands, generates their 3 tasks, and leaves, they're probably not coming back unless something made the tasks feel impossibly specific to them.
What stage are most of your early users at — idea, validate, or build?

Right now most early visitors seem to be at the idea/validation stage, usually students or first-time founders who have ideas but feel overwhelmed by what to actually do next.
You’re also right about activation being the harder problem.
At the moment, my focus is making the 3 daily tasks feel much more personalized and actionable so users feel like, “okay, this is actually telling me what to do next,” instead of generic startup advice.
Still very early, so I’m trying to learn:
what makes users come back daily
what level of personalization feels useful
which features are actually valuable vs just nice to have
