I’ve been obsessed with the operational side of Shopify lately.
One thing that consistently blows my mind: even in 2026, most merchants are still spending 10-20 minutes manually copy-pasting data to list a single product. It’s a massive growth killer.
I built Filleo to turn that into a 15-second task. It’s an agentic AI that takes messy product data (supplier sheets, PDFs, raw notes) and transforms it into a ready-to-publish listing.
It handles the titles, formatted descriptions, SEO tags, HS codes & everything else automatically.

Reddit is perfect for this launch. E-commerce subreddits like r/shopify and r/ecommerce are full of merchants dealing with exactly this problem daily. A genuine post there could get you your first paying users fast.
15 seconds from messy supplier data to a ready listing - nice. distribution is where it gets hard, merchants don't trust what they haven't heard of.

You’re doing amazing things at your age! When I was your age, I was still in high school—thank goodness for the AI era. This demand actually popped up before when I had GPT help me look for it. For promotion, you could check with some merchants on product sites or see if there’s an AI that can batch-message them to find out if they’re interested.
