I'm a 40-year-old consultant with zero coding skills. I just launched an AI accountability app.

For six years I used physical planners to set goals and track progress. The Ink+Volt planner. The Five Minute Journal. Sticky notes on my monitor. All of them worked for a few weeks, then ended up in a drawer.
