Hello friends!
My name is Daniel and I'm next to publicly launching a project I've been working for 2 years now and working close with a couple local businesses but still not selling to businesses on the internet.
Would love to receive any feedback regarding my project, if you see any improvements in terms of sales pitch, layout, or if the pricing of 10 per month per user sounds fair.
About DongoCRM is simple CRM to manage your small business from one place including bookings, clients, sales, staff, expenses and more. -- https://www.dongocrm.com
After some failed startup attempts in the past, would mean the world to me making this project a success, any suggestion would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Hey Daniel! My raw thoughts:
I made a Chrome extension -- it's free and will cover these and many other items to help your designs convert better. Check it out if you have time! getconversionchecklist.com Congrats on the launch! It's great that you already have users. I think once you clear up the value of your CRM and perhaps work on the design a bit, you should be in good shape!
Cheers!
Now this is quality feedback! Thanks alot for taking the time, I'm already working to fix this excellent points -- I'm downloading your chrome extension right now!! Again, thank you!
Personality I hate the name, sounds to me like between poop and genetelia. I would expect like a fetish porn site.. possibly just me?
Some wording around the reports section needs a 2nd look.
Hair massages?.. you probably mean head massages..
If I were you I'd take someone who's really word specific to have a look at the texts.
Thank you for your honest feedback regarding to the name! Not sure I will change it, but I'll think about it tonight.. Regarding the texts, I'll give it a few more reads, my native language is spanish, but that's not an excuse will read it again. Many thanks to you!
@gtzgileta - like the color system and all the best to your launch. I can see 2 immediate modifications needed:
Apply web design grid / responsive grid to better position and structure content into blocks. More blank space from the left and right
Consistent corner radius for all buttons, cards and blocks
I hope it helps!
the landing is well executed and i like your logo and product name.
however, in the times of hundreds of niche CRMs for every kind of business (eg and extreme examples, a CRM for dogwalkers or hairdressers or real-estate brokers) it's very hard for the viewer to understand your product. a product for SMBs? but what exactly are you solving. there also many sub-usecases which are also covered by dedicated products.
so your product needs a clearer focus what it is exactly solving for whom.
I see most of the feedback are about spellings/wordings/UI.
Mine is not any different.
Under Pricing, "Yup, all the power of DongoCRM at one simple price of" Yup sounds very unprofessional!
Good luck,
JM
Thank you for your valuable feedback! This is will be fixed in the next update these days before launching next week. Thanks alot for taking the time!
Hey ! This is what I noted.
The text in the hero section is not clear enough for me to understand how your service helps me.
Instead of saying 'The only app you need to manage..' the heading could be - A single platform to manage your entire business.
The subtext underneath could say - We help you manage leads, bookings, clients etc.. with real time statistics & reports to help you take the best decisions for your business.
You could reduce the space between the hero section and the 2,541+ businesses use DongoCRM everyday text.
3.In the features page in the orange gradient section the CTA button is not very visible. You should consider changing the color there.
4.In the mobile format when I click on the menu the options seem to overlap each other instead of being listed one beneath the other.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

Hey Daniel, looks very polished. Nice job! The animated circle behind the main video could go in my opinion.
Thank you for your feedback! And yes I can agree, I was deciding between leaving it there to give more dynamism to the page or to completely removing it.
