I'm Thiago, a radiologist from Brazil. I started building RONTGEN out of a personal need: I was spending way too much time dictating and formatting radiology reports. I needed voice-to-text that actually worked with medical terminology, plus AI post-processing to clean up and structure the output automatically.

I built the whole thing in my free time between hospital shifts, using Claude Code as my AI coding partner. The stack is Django + React. No co-founder, no funding — just a real problem and the right tools.
