A set of tools for investors at real estate courts auctions (currently France oriented). I got a prepared database of auctions including their results, a bunch of models for predicting winning bids and bidding landscape (BL is who bids when and how much), later I would love to add a multiperiod resource allocation and portfolio optimization tools. I have a math modeling / machine learning engineer on a board.
Idea: provide services for potential RE investors and invest in RE by ourselves using developed tools as a competitive edge.
Pros: Relatively big market (about 500 mln. euros a year), scalable and expandable business-model (given enough of training data), market populated by small enterprises (so there’s plenty room for a big player), no other company provide tools like what we’re building, potentially economy of scale, Covid-19 and the future economic crisis may be a pro.
