I'm a solo student founder launching FocusAI on Product Hunt May 13 — the AI that actually executes your goals

I'm Suren — a final year IT student from Mumbai. I've been building FocusAI for the last 6 months completely solo and I'm launching on Product Hunt on May 13.
I wanted to share the story here because this community gets it.
THE PROBLEM I KEPT HAVING:
I'd set goals every month.
Plan them beautifully in Notion.
Ask ChatGPT to structure them.
Feel productive for an hour.
Then do absolutely nothing.
4 months in a row.
The issue wasn't motivation.

WHAT I LEARNED BUILDING SOLO:
1. Distribution is 10x harder than building
2. Your friends won’t use your product (strangers give better feedback)
3. Google OAuth verification is painful but worth it
4. Shipping with bugs beats not shipping at all
5. The first real stranger who finds value — that feeling is worth 6 months of doubt
