I'm a solopreneur and I need to outsource sales

I've built a couple of digital products which are on the market now and doing fairly well.

My bottleneck is me: I'm doing all the dev, marketing, sales and customer service - I need to outsource this stuff.

I also have a highly targeted email list (4,000 subs)

I'm thinking I can hire an outsourced BDR to do cold outreach/drive sales and a developer who can handle the dev and technical customer service.

Does anyone have a digital product sales solution that's worked well for them?

Outsourced BDR? In-house sales team?
