I'm a UX Designer, how to find a technical co-founder?

can anyone give advice for Non-technical founders, finding the technical co-founder and right teammates how to find teammates?

    This proves that you're actually willing to work, so many folks have "ideas" but never execute.

    Also if you get good numbers you can either hire a developer or raise money and don't need to give away a huge chunk of equity.

    There's a section on the site dedicated to finding team mates and cofounders, if you click 'Start here' at the top you'll see it. You can find someone to start brainstorming with from scratch, or if you already have an idea, the most important thing from a developer's point of view is a clear vision of what you want to achieve, and why you think it's gonna work. If you find a technical co-founder, more than likely they will have to invest more time in the product than you (i.e. development is normally the chunkiest part of the process), so you'd really need to sell your vision as well as you can to them.
