I'm a weird blend of a Graphic/UI/UX designer + Low-Level Systems Engineer. Need beta students for my design course.

Hey.

I'm starting an online course to teach developers, marketers, and entrepreneurs how to design apps / websites / presentations that have that "Wow" factor to them.

I'm coming at this course from an atypical direction. In my experience, visual design education is too artsy fartsy. So I'm going to teach with an engineering mindset, i.e. that there is a right and a wrong, and a clearly defined process to avoid suck and achieve awesome.

The course is going to be mostly tool-agnostic and will focus primarily on the purely visual aspects (color, spacing, typography). Although I may go into tool specifics, or UX-related stuff if there is demand. Comment if there's something specific you struggle with in this area.

This is eventually going to be a high-priced online course, but for now I'm looking for free beta students to get the ball rolling.

(still too early for a real domain name)

Feedback welcome.

Lol artsy fartsy. I know exactly what you mean, though. Curious to see your approach to it. Just signed up 👍

Thanks for signing up :) I'm doing quick student interviews to find out what people want to learn so I can tailor the course accordingly. Here's my calendly to book a time:
