I'm at 8k visitors/month, How to drive more traffic?

It's been 11months since I started ExcelCult.com a technology tutorial site and I drive around 8k unique visitors and 18k views every month just by using LinkedIn and organic traffic...
Anything that would like to suggest here?
I would look for other places to answer questions about excel and occasionally seed in links.

Running ads.
I would test Facebook Ads and YouTube ads.
There's a lot you can do with ads.
