I'm back to building!

It's been a while 😅

Previously I was working on Nack, a multimodal AI assistant on Android and iOS. And we were performing well. We even hit mobile before ChatGPT. But in the end, we just didn't have the funds to bootstrap it and the AI scene was improving so rapidly that we decided to keep park it.

Fast forward three years, I've built a ton of stuff, contributed to open source AI repos, worked for an AI startup for the last 2-3 years, and now I'm getting ready to throw my hat into the ring again.

Yaps is privacy-first, AI dictation note-taking and voice tooling - that runs completely on your device. There's bigger plans for the product in the long term. But we're just getting started. And I'm excited!

I'm glad to be back to indie hacking.
