I will now design the tournaments feature (the form to create and the screen to display the details) and is not being easy to do it. Hey, I've got quite a few of these which I wasn't expecting but just as a quick idea maybe something like the attached would be cool.
Definitely would need better images and maybe a mountain that wasn't drawn in 10 seconds perhaps the background could have a parallax effect with clouds and more mountains and maybe a sunset/sunrise instead of solid yellow colour.

One of the main features will be to catalog each decision so the teams can review and measure metrics.
