I'm building a business model canvas

I've built a business model canvas webapp recently and is only a few days away from the beta deploy. To be honest it's not properly validated.

I've talked to a couple of people, all interested in it and all but it doesn't feel right.

How does it look like?
Imagine Trello/Asana/Clickup boards but optimized to support business model canvas flows. It seems like a good base to build upon, but...

• Is there a real need for a business model canvas software?
• Can it become a sustainable business?
• Who are the the potential customers?
• How is this better than downloading templates from the web?

What is your feedback so far?
The highest interest that I've seen was with the product devs/ppl. Some suggested it could be a great tool for presentations, others said I could connect it to the 3rd party services to create some kind of realtime feedback loops.

There's plenty of stuff I can do, but the things I'll do in the next stages should be based on real needs. How should I do this properly? I feel a bit lost, hence I'm turning to this community...
