I'm building a modular AI OS with 45+ databases — here's what I've learned so far
Build in public update — InnerSpark OS
I've been heads-down building something I couldn't fully explain 6 months ago. Now I can.
InnerSpark OS is a modular AI operating system built on Notion — currently running 45+ interconnected databases and growing. Think of it like Lego blocks: every module is a standalone product, but they all snap together into a full business OS.
Here's what the system covers today:
→ Projects, clients, offers, and research management
→ Financial tracking, invoicing, and cash flow
→ Grant and funding pipeline (actively pursuing non-dilutive funding)
→ Domain and hosting management
→ Content calendar and distribution (LinkedIn, TikTok, Indie Hackers)
→ AI automation via a custom GPT connector (Ralphi AI)
→ Ideas → validation → project → execution flow
The insight that changed everything: builders don't need another tool. They need a system that thinks with them.
So instead of selling a "Notion template," we're building product-engines:
- Idea Engine — structure raw ideas into executable projects
- Validation Engine — test the problem before building
- Build Engine — MVP planning and execution
- Content Engine — distribution and audience growth
The first product launching is the Idea Engine. It takes a raw idea and outputs a structured brief, validation questions, and a 30-60-90 day plan — powered by AI.
We're based in Ecuador, operating under InnerChispa LLC (Wyoming). The OS is already live and being used in real client projects — automation for a tech company, smart building infrastructure, and an NGO management system.
