I'm building a nocode startup builder
I build many apps in the last years. Over time I learned to code less and less and use / pay for ready solutions.
Nocode is a game changer in b2b and automation use cases.
PROBLEM
One problem I have with nocode is that it's not working on end customer facing products. I'm not talking about niche products where you have weak competition.
I mean products which are appealing to the masses. Like youtube.
I hear you saying, put all videos in airtable use memberspace for user accounts and and glue it with zapier.
But that will be slow and costly. And the worst part is if you have not 100% control of the design (bubble, appgyver, adalo, ...).
The natural conclusion is that profitable nocode companies (zapier, airtable, clickup, ...) are B2B companies serving business internal use cases.
WHAT I WANT
I want to build my next startup with nocode.
I want to build it without a programmer.
I want to build it 100x faster than coding.
I want to build it 10x faster than current nocode solutions.
I want to bring my own design.
I want realtime, flexibility, readability, scalability.
I want to compete with big companies.
I want speed.
WHAT I DON'T WANT
I don't want to glue and manage 100 different services.
I don't want to pay for every customer using my service.
I don't want to pay x% on top of my stripe fees.
I don't want to a learn a proprietary language.
I don't want to manage any servers.
I don't want to think about anything except my business core competencies.
WHAT I WANT TO BUILD
I want to separate the front and the back.
Build your own frontend using webflow/squarespace/flutter/html/whatever.
Make it super compelling and build your backend with my tool.
Put them together and launch.
I want to provide infrastructure.
Similar to what AWS did to Dropbox.
AWS provided compute, storage and bandwidth.
Dropbox payed for compute, storage and bandwidth.
Not for anything else.

Currently working on this.
Frontend is https://versoly.com/ that is built on top of HTML so no vender lock in.
Backend is Supabase that is based on postgres.
Looks promising.
Is it possible to put a script tag & edit html attributes in the free plan?

Superbase is great for devs but to complicated to anyone else.
Yep.
It isn't more complex than any other no/low code backend but is 10x cheaper and open source.
