I'm building a pause button between freelancers and bad clients
Lost my job. Two years jobless. Started freelancing out of necessity and walked into every trap: scope creep, ghosted payments, bids I lost because I didn't push back.
The pattern was always the same; the red flags were in the client's first message. I just didn't know how to read them yet.
So I built FreelancerGuard.
Paste a client message. It scores the risk across 5 categories (scope creep, payment risk, devaluation, relationship red flags, power imbalance). If scope starts creeping later, it generates a boundary-setting email so you don't have to write it panicking at midnight.
Not AI telling you what to do. A pause button between the message and the mistake.

I took a look at your live page right now and noticed a massive positioning gap... your phrases here in the forum is hyper-specific "ghosted payments", "panicking at midnight", but your actual homepage headline hides that magic behind a vague abstraction "months of pain" you know... you're running the risk of looking like a generic enterprise screening tool instead of the tactical lifesaver freelancers actually need.
But don't worry I mapped out a quick before/after structural re-write for your hero section to show you how to pull that raw forum copy onto the page. You’re right. The forum copy is closer to the real pain than the homepage copy.
“A pause button between the message and the mistake” is probably the clearest way I’ve described it so far, because that’s the actual moment freelancers are in: staring at a client message and trying not to make an expensive decision too quickly.
I’d genuinely appreciate the before/after rewrite.
