I'm building a Timelapse screen recorder desktop app

I was inspired by Devon Crawford Video which he makes a script to automate his video editing process and I really automating things and speed coding video and I have added this idea to my challenge ideas list

My second product is a desktop app which records my screen and speeds

Really interested in trying this out as I create screencasts for www.uecasts.com and have utilized Camtasia to do this previously.

Will your app's sole purpose by timelapse or general screen recording? Also can I modify the timelapse speed? Ex: If I record 1 hour of screen time can I decide if the outputted video is 30 seconds long, a minute long etc?

Great, Yes, that exactly what I'm building. The app will record your screen and after recording, you can choose the output video length. After that, the app will speed up the screen recorded video to get the output length

Awesome let me know when you release it and I'll try it out. I assume it will be cross platform since it runs on electron?

Great, Yes, it's will be a cross-platform desktop app but I need to test all main app functionality on the different operating system

I'm very excited to hear your feedback about it after you'll try it
