I'm building a tool for Youtubers, where do I market it?

I am building this tool made specifically for YouTubers (ICP is 5/10k subscribers minimum, already earning from Youtube and looking to ship better quality content to grow).

Where do you think I should market it?
I was thinking of doing cold email at the beginning, even though that would cost a bit, what are other ways I can target my ICP maybe organically? Do you know any forums or similar? Maybe doing Youtube ads?
