Hi everyone,
I’m currently building ChurchTab—a project born out of a specific frustration I kept seeing in local ministries.
I noticed that many dedicated leaders are losing their best hours to "admin friction." Their attendance, volunteer records, and pastoral notes are scattered across disconnected spreadsheets and email threads. They aren't struggling because they lack passion; they’re struggling because their data silos are keeping them away from the people they are called to serve.
What is ChurchTab?
I’m building it as an "intelligence layer" for the church. It unifies attendance, volunteer management, and pastoral care into one intuitive dashboard so that admin becomes invisible.
Why I’m posting here:
I’m currently in the early stages and want to make sure I’m building something that actually solves the problem effectively. I’ve built a live, public-access sandbox so you can see the interface and test the AI features yourself without needing to sign up.
I’d love to get your raw, honest feedback:
Does the interface feel intuitive?
Are there any data features you wish you saw in a management tool like this?
How would you approach the onboarding for a non-tech-savvy volunteer?
You can play with the live sandbox here: Https://churchtab.com
I’m building this in public and would really appreciate any thoughts, critiques, or advice you have.
Thanks for the support!
I'd be careful treating this as an onboarding or dashboard problem too quickly.
The interesting question may not be whether church leaders can use the system.
It may be what has to happen before they trust it enough to change how they currently manage people, records, and pastoral care.
Those sound similar, but they can lead to very different conclusions about the buyer, the product, and which feedback deserves the most weight early on.
I wouldn't make that call casually from the current assumptions.
