I'm building a web design agency: I need designers, developers and partners

Hi, I'm a young guy from Italy. I'm building the brand BelottiDesign and I would really need people to join me. I'm currently looking for a partner who knows well this business, at least one designer and a developer. For now we don't earn much at all (less than 500$/month) but I would really like to scale to 5k. For now everyone will be paid in percentages for every work they make and will gain a lot of experience and projects to show in their cv's.
