I've been lurking for a while, and today I'm finally sharing what I've been building for the past year.
## The problem that keeps me up at night
73% of YouTube creators quit. Not because they lack talent or equipment — but because they run out of ideas.
I watched friends and creators around me go through the same cycle:
1. Start a channel with excitement
2. Post 10-20 videos
3. Stare at blank screens for hours
4. Burn out from the mental load of "what should I create next?"
5. Quit
The ones who succeed aren't necessarily more talented. They're the ones who figured out a SYSTEM for ideation.
## What I'm building
TubeSpark — an AI platform that turns creative block into a library of validated, viral-ready video ideas.
1. AI Idea Generator with Viral Score
You give it a topic (or not — it can suggest based on trends). It generates 5-10 ideas, each scored 0-100 on 8 factors: keyword relevance, trend alignment, emotional hooks, competition, timing, audience
match, SEO, and shareability.
The key insight: know which ideas are worth your time BEFORE you produce.
2. Script Writer with Voice Cloning
This is the feature I'm most proud of. You can paste any successful creator's transcript, and the AI extracts their "Writing DNA" — pacing, humor, vocabulary, emotional triggers. Then it generates scripts
in that exact style.
No more generic AI text. Scripts that sound like YOU (or your favorite creator).
3. Competitive Intelligence
Real-time monitoring of competitor channels. Market gap detection. "Golden Opportunity" alerts for high-demand topics that nobody has covered yet.
## The tech stack
- Next.js 15 + TypeScript
- Supabase (PostgreSQL)
- Multi-AI: OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Groq
- Stripe for payments
- Available in 5 languages (pt-BR, en-US, es, fr, zh-CN)
## Where I am now
- Product is built and in pre-launch
- 8 modules complete (ideas, scripts, styles, intelligence, analytics, library, settings, admin)
- Free tier available (12 ideas/month)
- Paid: Starter at $6.90/mo, Pro at $17.00/mo
## What I'd love from the IH community
1. Honest feedback on the positioning — does "AI co-pilot for YouTube creators" resonate?
2. Pricing feedback — $6.90 for Starter feel right for the value?
3. Distribution ideas — beyond Product Hunt and SEO, how would you reach YouTube creators?
I'll be sharing weekly updates on revenue, users, and learnings. Building in public, all the way.
Ask me anything! 🚀
