I like this a lot. Sending Drive links always feels a bit “we’re still figuring things out” — especially when you’re trying to position as a premium agency.
The 5-minute setup is key. Most agencies won’t touch it if it feels like another tool they have to babysit.
One thing I’m curious about: are you thinking about versioning or approvals inside the portal, or keeping it strictly for final delivery? That part can get messy fast with design work.
Overall though, this feels like a clean, focused idea. I can definitely see small agencies paying for something that makes them look more buttoned-up.
Clean concept 👍🏻. Agencies care a lot about perception, and branded delivery instead of raw Drive links solves a real trust issue.
One security question since you’re hosting client files.
How are you protecting the download layer? Are files served through time-limited signed URLs, or are they publicly accessible if someone guesses the link? Also, are portals isolated per client with strict access control to prevent cross-client exposure?
