I'm building Callystos: an NFT marketplace + Decentralized Exchange with an orderbook aggregator

Hello everybody,
this is my first time (1) building a product, (2) in the public and (3) with the endgame of deploying it in production.
The possibile scenarios I'me imagining are :
1 - the product is great and i will have a platform and people/users will use it and give me feedbacks to improve the product
2 - the product is a complete failure and I will learn from the experience from a technical standpoint, a product management standpoint and from a business standpoint
3 - the product is good but not THAT good and I will package it and sell it as a whitelabel product
4 - something else?

Any and everyfeedback from you guys is more than welcome, be it, helping me develop the product, coding the features, help with UX/UI, brainstorming prices/markets/niche etc etc
