JoinGlean.com is a weekly newsletter tech. job board that shares open engineering roles with their interview processes attached.

I started Glean to help software engineers find jobs with interview processes they prefer, ideally one that focuses on their strengths. I strongly believe that tech. companies should always describe their tech. interview process in a job’s description with as much detail as possible.

My goal with JoinGlean.com is to allow software developers on the job-hunt to assess an open role not only by the company and job description but also by the interview process.
