I'm curious about your opinions about my WEIRD startup idea

I'm an english learner who just moved english speaking country

Before I moved I was feeling ready to talk I had worked for a long time

Although I worked for months, I felt that my speaking skills only improved when I actually had a conversation with someone.

Anyway, after I moved I tried to talk to everyone as much as I could.Basically it was working but wasn't enough.

To improve my speaking, when telemarketers called, I purposely prolonged the conversation even if I wasn't interested in the product.

Then I thought "Hmm I wish more telemarketers would call me and talk to them. They are very willing to talk and I don't have any money out of my pocket."

So here is my startup idea for the global english learners:
-Buy a dummy phone number from somewhere(skype etc.)
-Register my website
-Get calls from english speaking tele-marketers.Ask them anything you want with your bad english they will listen you.

Do you guys think is it possible?
