Why am I doing this? I want to document a real, authentic and genuine experience. I think I am in a situation that a lot of Indie Hackers are in. I'm working a full time job, trying to fit building products around my job, starting off as side projects but with a bit of a dream that something will take off and be successful enough that I could make it my main gig. Some days it's hard, some days it's exciting, some days it's rewarding - I want to share the whole spectrum.
We have plenty of write-ups on how to build a successful SaaS after they have already reached that success. I find these fascinating but I feel like this approach of looking back surely means that some stuff is missed. Whether the "stuff" is ugly, boring, interesting, exciting - my goal is to document as much "stuff" as possible.
I've started a twitter thread and will continue to update it as I continue my journey:
Just followed!
Looking forward to see it work!
Thanks so much!
