Hey guys,
Working in a branding agency for a few years now, I've come across multiple projects in the past that required us to build a marketing website together with a form that allowed users to enter their details and redeem a free product sample.
The product sample giveaway mechanics work this way:
I recently started working on a SaaS that helps us create those forms with drag & drop together with a backend dashboard we could provide to our clients so that they can manage the data and the fulfillment of the product samples.
I'm keen to put this up online as a service others could use as well, but I'm quite stuck with giving it a name and with writing copy to describe it.
My struggle is that there is a ton of "form builders" and "social giveway campaign tools" out there that are not exactly the same but overlap quite a bit with what I'm working on.
It'd be massive help if you could share your thoughts on any of these questions:
Thank you for reading my long post :)
Hey man, check out April Dunford's blog. Great framework for positioning!
Thanks! Will check it out :)
For starters, try analyzing all of the user feedback that you've received, and then create a word cloud (or eyeball it) to see which words and phrases come up most often.
Next, brainstorm for a positioning that's totally unique in your market, that no one else is claiming, that you are confident would resonate super-strongly on a subconscious, emotional level with your target market.
Keep hypothesizing, testing, and iterating your positioning based on customer data until you nail it.
