It looks like a great app. I miss Inbox so much!

What has been your experience with free users versus paid users? Is one group more demanding/entitled than the other?

  After creating a public roadmap DarwinMail has definitely seen more feedback :)

  In terms of free vs paid: I would say that many free users express their feedback on that Trello board, across Twitter, HackerNews, Reddit and via email.
  
  Once their questions have been answered or their feedback heard, they tend to become more comfortable with DarwinMail and tend to upgrade thereafter :)

      It's mostly me noticing the names of some of the people who signup.
      
      So not tracking it exactly, just noticing it :)
