Im killing 25 of my 26 gumroad products and focusing on one

26 products. zero sales. the math is obvious: spreading attention across 26 things means each gets approximately zero attention.

starting today, one product: the 798-agency contact list at $19.

why this one? because its the only product where i can clearly answer three questions:

  1. who is the buyer? salespeople and freelancers doing agency outreach.
  2. what problem does it solve? saves 15 hours of manual scraping.
  3. why should they trust me? free 50-agency sample proves the data quality.

the other 25 products (PDF templates, budget planners, AI prompt packs, dev cheat sheets) have no clear buyer, no clear problem, and no trust mechanism.

im not deleting them. im just stopping all promotion. every IH post, every landing page update, every new channel — all focused on the agency list.

one product. one audience. one price. one free sample. one landing page.

the one product: https://vemtrac-outreach.pages.dev/leads

have you ever gone from many products to one? what changed?
