I'm launching a new app and looking for feedback on the sales page

Hi!

I'm launching a new app for Shopify merchants to help them deal with phone support.

Answering phones can take up a lot of time and manpower. The aim of this app is to reduce the support workload and help merchants reclaim their time.

It accomplishes that by automating common support requests, like:

  • What's the status of my order?
  • How can I get a refund

The customer can input their order number and it will let them know the status or e-mail them info for performing a refund.

I'd love to hear your feedback and suggestions!

Like the idea and like the name!

    Some feedback:

    • Too many pricing bullets
    • A "built with" above or next to the logos even if its subtle otherwise I feel like you're tryna hoodwink me
    • the final subscribe box at the end feels strange, what am I signing up for exactly? Need more info if you want someone to give up an email

Good luck with the launch! Looking forward to watch it progress.

      Thanks @gimelgabriel

      Excellent feedback, all good points.

      • Will reduce the number of bullets
      • The logos were there to provide validity, but maybe I can title it "Partners", since I have partner accounts will all those platforms.
      • I guess right now the signup is for a beta or alpha list. Will adjust the copy to be more specific

I strongly suggest dropping the price plans and have only one plan at the beginning.
You can't be sure right now if those features are as big differentiators as you think. Maybe your first customers will ask for more features that would be better candidates to split plans upon.
Or a simple $X/min under Y min per month, $Z/min between K and L min per month, etc. model will be better.
You can't know until you have a lot of customers and you can analyse the data. Pricing is not set in stone you can change it any time in the future.
For starters, use a simple model. It's also easier to implement and for the customers to understand.

      Thanks Tamás!

You're right, probably simpler to start with one price.

Though one challenge is using Shopify to bill the customers, with usage based fees the customer needs to agree to a maximum amount. But maybe I can still offer the same price across the board., but offer different maximum amounts.

I really like "schedule a demo" button! It's a natural sales call conversion, and I'm borrowing it for my product HackerPen (https://hackerpen.io) haha.

I think the headline "spend less time answering calls" can be better - is that the ONLY benefit your customers get? It seems like your product does more than that.

    Great work, and keep going!

Sadly, I can't take credit for that button 😅, it's just using https://savvycal.com

For the headline, it's always hard to decide what to put there. Part of the issue is the need to start out with week positioning, and move to stronger positioning after it gets more users. So my aim with the headline is just to get people to stay on the page and continue reading. Like, I'm pretty sure most merchants want to spend less time answering phones. Cramming more features or making it more general ie "A better phone system for Shopify" I worry it would be less enticing. So I figured "start with why". But I'm a beginner here, so definitely could be wrong. 😅

      Thanks @himarsh!

Question: "Calls can be transfered to a pool of agents. The call is kept on hold until an agent is available." (Btw, you spelled transferred wrong.)
Whose agent? Your agent, or the store's agents?

    1. 1

It would be the store's agent, I will update the copy.

      Thanks for pointing that out!

I'm legit shocked your domain name wasn't taken. Nice find!

How much thought have you given the color scheme?

This all comes down to personal preference, I realize. That said, I feel like your color palette is a little haphazard.

        Look at this:

        https://nomoblock.com/user/uploads/dialtoneapp.PNG

That png isn't a complete list of all your colors, but it's close. The second line is an AI generated recommendation that I liked from http://colormind.io.

        Anyway, food for thought.

        Good luck!

Interesting link, hadn't heard of that.

I did the design work myself (im more of a developer), I used a color palette from the Refactoring UI book https://refactoringui.com but I may be relying on weird parts of it.

          I'll play with the colors.

          Thanks for the help!
