I'm launching on Product Hunt next month. Any tips?

Here are 3 tips you need to get started with your launch:

1. Finalize the goal of your Product Hunt launch: is it to get more sales or get the badge? You would have to select your launch date accordingly. If it sales, try launching on wednesday or thursday (more traffic,more competitive) , if it is badge, launch on saturday or sunday (less traffic, less competitive)

2. Finding a hunter: If this is your first time launching, it might be ideal to get a hunter who can support your product hunt launch. A Hunter's followers on PH doesn't matter. Find a hunter who is well known in your niche and is willing to share your launch with his followers on social media and email list when you launch is live. 3. Optimizing your product hunt profile: Before you start promoting your launch, make sure you optimize your product hunt profile page with a short bio of yourself, your story and twitter/linkedin url to connect with you. By doing this, other Makers will contact you for support & upvote for their launch, and offer to support you when you launch on Product Hunt.
