I'm launching to a waitlist for the first time

I'm launching to a waitlist for the first time

I've built 7 SaaS apps during the last 4 years, and every time I keep making the same mistake. I spend months developing an app with the maximum number of features, but users don't come when I launch it.

Do you know why?

Because I'm not doing any marketing.

This time it will be different.

I'm now working on my 8th SaaS. And I decided to do things the correct way. I created a waitlist (I have 5 subscribers now), built an MVP in 2 weeks, and tomorrow I'm launching the MVP with the early users.

Here's my plan:

  • Create a landing page with a subscription form ✅
  • Market the landing page before launching the product ✅
  • Build an MVP ✅
  • Offer those early adopters a lifetime subscription in exchange for feedback (👈 I'm here)
  • Build features users want
  • Fix bugs
  • Launch to the public

Any advice?

BTW, my app is dymolab.com in case you want to check it out.
