Over the past year, I've been building RovaSpace because I felt something was missing from remote work.
Teams don't struggle because they lack chat apps or video calls.
They struggle because they lose the natural awareness you get in a real office.
You don't know who's available.
Conversations become scheduled instead of spontaneous.
Teammates slowly start feeling disconnected.
RovaSpace is a virtual office designed to bring back that feeling of working together without forcing people into constant meetings.
I'm looking for teams that are willing to use it as part of their daily workflow and give honest feedback.
š What you'll get:
1 month completely free
Direct access to me (the founder)
Your feedback will directly shape the product
I'm not looking for people who just want to sign up.
I'm looking for teams that genuinely work remotely and are willing to experiment with a new way of staying connected.
If that sounds like your team, leave a comment or https://www.rovaspace.com/contact

Interesting idea. I agree that the biggest challenge with remote work isn't communication tools, it's the loss of those small, spontaneous interactions. I'm curious, what kind of teams have been responding most positively so far? Startups, agencies, or more established remote companies?
Thanks! So far, the strongest interest has come from early-stage startups and small remote teams (typically 2ā20 people). They move fast, collaborate constantly, and feel the absence of those spontaneous interactions much more than larger organizations with more structured processes.
That said, I'm still looking for teams across different industries because I want to learn how different workflows affect collaboration. The goal isn't to replace Slack or meetingsāit's to make remote work feel more like sharing the same office again.
If your team is fully remote or distributed, I'd love to have you try RovaSpace. Teams with up to 5 members can use it for free, and I'm actively working with early users to shape the product based on their feedback.
That's an interesting way to look at it. I agree that visibility is often the bigger challenge than communication itself. I'm curious, during your conversations with remote teams, what's the most common operational issue they bring up beyond staying connected?
From the teams I've spoken with, visibility consistently comes up as the biggest operational pain point. Not visibility into tasksāwe already have great tools for thatābut visibility into people.
Questions like "Who's around?", "Who's deep in focus?", "Can I quickly ask for help?" become surprisingly difficult in remote teams. That lack of awareness slows collaboration and makes work feel more isolated.
That's the problem I'm hoping RovaSpace solves by recreating the natural presence of a shared office without requiring everyone to sit in video calls all day. I'm still learning from early teams, so conversations like this are incredibly valuable.
