Hello,
TLDR: I recently added a research block to my website aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of the problem I'm trying to solve.
https://mood-research.netlify.app
The website has two blocks, the first being a solution and the second being the feedback form. Your input will be incredibly valuable to me, and I greatly appreciate any time you can spare to provide your thoughts.
Thank you in advance.
Love that you claim 'gain a deeper understanding of the problem I'm trying to solve'.
Problem is after going thru your question my experience is opposite.
Left wondering was that a marketing trick or really your in your DKDK
Sound research questions are open, and unbias. A research excercise frames the problem upfront, clearly, so participants are on the same page.
Thank you for your reply. I agree that it seems like a marketing tactic. I flipped the questionnaire and the solution, so now the solution feels more like a footnote to the questionnaire.
My main objectives for this study were:
Perhaps using the term "questionnaire" instead of "research" would be more appropriate.
Yes, questionnaire is more accurate in my view.
A bad mood is a bias term in itself and colloquial too. Bad mood meaning an unproductive mood or a mood that feeling down? What makes a mood bad?
When I did the questionnaire I assumed it meant not constructive thinking. Forwarding thinking.
Mental health. Depression, Wasteful thoughts. are deep topics. Bad mood.. I am not sure what you are actually referring.
It is not hard to get in a good mood. If it is hard, it is much more indicative or bigger issue at play.
Every morning we humans, each wake up.. and if we had a good nite sleep, fully tumy nite before.. most humans wake feeling good.. then go thru their day.. stuff happens, and yuck happens. They then could experience anger, sadness, rage, disappointment. All contracting emotions.. All healthy and being human.
When we stay stuck in repeating conversation in our head e.g. I am hopeless. I am no good. and that conversation is unhelpful.. then we need to do something about that conversation in our head.
So fm, it is like your understanding of the human being and how emotions are experienced, the power of ones will, and ability to choose differently what we think.. is somewhat unclear.
Rather than ask a Why as Why questions take to more cognitive spiral. Ask What questions. For example: When you feel like your in a 'bad mood', what does it prevent you from doing? or When you feel like you are in a 'bad mood', are you wanting to change that?
I agree that the topic I raised is too broad, and I need to narrow it down. Which item from the list you mentioned do you feel needs to be solved, and you have personally experienced it from time to time, but you don't have a good solution for?
If you are not comfortable answering here, please feel free to provide your response in any input field within the form on my website.
Sorry, I do not understand what your are asking me. Solve? what are you referring to?
